Alyssa serves as the General Manager and Chief Experience Officer of Laurel Road, a brand of KeyBank, and digital banking platform. In this role, Alyssa oversees all aspects of the business including Marketing, Operations, Risk, P&L Management, with particular attention to its digital products and customer experiences.
Previously, Alyssa was the Chief Marketing Officer of Laurel Road. Upon joining in 2017, Alyssa rebranded the business and accelerated its growth in an increasingly competitive market. In 2019, Alyssa was a key driver of the successful acquisition by Key and helped lead the team through much change and opportunity.
Prior to Laurel Road, Alyssa held several leadership positions at American Express, including the head of marketing for American Express Global Business Travel, the largest corporate travel business in the world.
Alyssa’s passion for the business and the opportunity to better serve customers is often showcased in the media ranging from NBC News, Forbes and more. Alyssa earned her undergraduate degree from Michigan’s Ross School of Business and her MBA from Columbia University. Alyssa resides in New Jersey with her husband and two children.
