Chris Milone

Chief Marketing Officer

Chris Milone serves as Chief Marketing Officer overseeing Laurel Road’s marketing functions including brand strategy, customer acquisition, partnerships, product marketing, and member engagement. An experienced Financial Services executive, Chris joined the Laurel Road team in 2024.

Prior to Laurel Road, Chris served as Chief Marketing Officer at Best Egg, a preeminent Personal Loan provider, and scaled its business by more than double in just a few years. Chris also served as Chief Marketing Officer for ShopRunner. While at ShopRunner, Chris scaled major marketing partnerships with PayPal, Apple, American Express, and Chase.

Chris also held a variety of senior marketing and product roles at both Barclays and HSBC with common themes of digital transformation, data-driven growth marketing, and co-branded partnerships.

Chris began his career as a management consultant at Accenture after graduating with a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
