A visionary CEO with an engineering background, Lisa Shields is the founder and Executive Chair at FISPAN.

She founded the company in 2016 after listening to the pain points that businesses experience utilizing bank services, Lisa now guides FISPAN with a focus on attracting the right talent and building great products.

Lisa has led FISPAN to become the market leader in embedded treasury banking. Under her leadership, FISPAN partners with banks holding over $8 trillion in assets, including 10 of the top 40 banks in North America. FISPAN transmits billions of dollars in monthly payment volumes and powers the most innovative accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management services available today.

Prior to founding FISPAN, Lisa founded and led Hyperwallet, a global payments company that was acquired by PayPal in 2018.
