Rick was a Partner and Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company serving clients on a broad range of topics, including strategy, business performance, organization, and growth.

Rick also worked as the Chief Marketing Officer and ran the Managed Care Operations for Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

Rick was also a venture capitalist investing in healthcare service companies.
