Sandra L. Morgan

SVP National Physician and Provider Relations and HCA Transfer Centers (Retired)

Sandra Morgan serves as a board member or advisor for several healthcare and MedTech start-ups. As an accomplished senior executive with 32 years of experience in healthcare, working for Fortune 100 companies including HCA Healthcare and Pfizer, she brings a wealth of knowledge and counsel to Laurel Road.

Prior to retiring in 2021, Sandra served as the Senior Vice President of Provider Relations at HCA Healthcare. At HCA, Sandra built a world-class provider relations organization with record-high growth and physician engagement. Leading teams across multiple areas, Sandra achieved financial objectives by attracting and retaining non-employed physician customers while increasing engagement and fulfilling the company’s mission for the care and improvement of human life.

Earlier in her career, Sandra worked in the pharmaceutical industry for 19 years, with her last role as Vice President for Pfizer’s US managed care business.

Currently, Sandra is on the board of directors for the Nashville Zoo and is co-chairperson for the United Way Tocqueville Society in Nashville, Tennessee.

She earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Illinois and her MBA from St. Joseph’s University.
